Keith Bixby, of Byram Township, NJ passed away peacefully on July 21, 2026 at Morristown Medical Center with his devoted brother Jimmy by his side. He was 66 years old.
Keith was born on September 5, 1959 in Dover, NJ. He was pre deceased by his loving mother Margaret (Dulio) Bixby, his father Edgar Bixby and his brother Eddie Bixby.
Keith grew up in Netcong NJ.
Mr. Bixby was employed by Local 711 Laborers Union Building for many years. He then worked at County Concrete in Kenvil, NJ and retired in 2024.
Keith is survived by his wife Leslie Ann, stepson Robbie, brother James Thompson and his sister-in-law, Cyndi. Additional survivors include his beloved nieces and nephews his granddaughter Raven, cherished Godmother Aunt Carol, uncles, aunts, cousins, brothers and sisters in laws and his cherished best friend and cousin John Unangst.
Keith was deeply devoted to his mother, with whom he shared an exceptionally close bond throughout his life. A loving brother, devoted stepfather and “Glampa”, loyal friend, caring neighbor, and beloved family member, he touched the lives of many with his kind heart and generous spirit.
He found great joy spending time on Cranberry Lake. Whether enjoying a fun day on the pontoon boat or sharing laughter with neighbors on “The Trail” Keith treasured the simple moments that brought people together.
Keith also shared the screen with his mother Margaret in the independent feature film Tinsman Road, directed by his stepson Robbie Banfitch. His performance earned critical acclaim and reflected the natural artistry and authenticity he brought to acting.
Keith was loved by many and will be remembered for his fun loving nature, generosity, and artistic talent, as well as the lasting impact he made on everyone fortunate enough to know him.
May those who knew him find peace in the countless memories they shared and strength in knowing that his light will continue to shine in the hearts of all who loved him.
