Christopher Gibbons, 36, of Wall, NJ passed away peacefully at Ocean Medical Center on Sunday February 10th with his wife and father by his side. Chris was born June 29, 1982 in Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey. He grew up in Wall Township and attended Wall High School where he graduated in 2000. After high school he attended Rowan University. There he was a member of the Sigma Pi fraternity where he formed a close bond with his brothers, Lance Bowers, Brian Wershonski, Lenny Brown, Steve Koski, John Masiello, Joe Hader, Matt Evans, Colin Murphy, Jim Green, and Jim Plunkett. Along with his brothers, he also met best friend Tony Agresti. Chris was a avid sports fan, especially The Rangers and The Mets. He enjoyed yearly trips to New York to watch the Mets play with dad and childhood friend, Ray Claudio. He also loved music, stand up comedy, spending time with his many friends, and playing with his dogs, Saint and Jovie. He is remembered for being kind, loyal, fun loving, quick witted jokester, who would give you the shirt off his back, and loved his family and friends. He was loved in return and will be dearly missed.Chris is proceeded in death by his grandmother, Barbara Gibbons. He is survived by his father, Rudy Gibbons, his wife, Toni (Cianciulli) Gibbons, stepdaughter, Tyler Molnar, step granddaughter, Ava Carmen Cruz, and his aunt and uncle, Donna and Bob Keiderling.
